Automatically count ALL integer quantity tuples(q1,q2,q3,q4) satisfying0<=q_i<=s_i and q1+2q2+3q3+4q4=8. Raw score is the NUMBER of qualifying tuples. The target total8 is not the raw score, and no one qualifying tuple is randomly chosen. One whole captured stake prices the entire stock draw.
